MARRIOTT COLUMBIA, Columbia – Your ideal downtown stay

The hotel room was typical and in need of an update. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to par, but the staff was welcoming and friendly. The location was great with many dining options nearby, but there were some reconstruction noises. Dining was disappointing and overpriced. The facilities were average, with room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a small kitchen, a large dining room table, and 1.5 bathrooms. However, considering the high price paid, I expected a bit more in terms of room size and amenities. The service was generally friendly and helpful, but there was an issue with unhelpful staff when reporting a faulty AC. The location was convenient for exploring Columbia, with many nearby dining options, although the temperature control in the dining room could be better. The dining experience was not impressive, with limited offerings and room service could have been improved. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, but not exceptional.
